We are holding our second parkour seminar at NVGA. Come join us for some more parkour training. We had a great turn out last time and we hope to see a lot of you back along with some new faces.

We are holding a 3 hour long Parkour and Freerunning Seminar on Saturday February 20th from 4-7pm. The cost is going to be $20. The seminar we go over multiple skill levels from beginner to advanced. There will also be some open gym time. We will go over several techniques, some of which we didn't hit at the first seminar.
